Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you send us to quote and support you, we use standard analytics to see what’s working, and we don’t sell any of it.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we receive what you type: name, company, email, phone and your message. When you call or email, we keep the correspondence. The website itself uses Google Analytics, which collects usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type via cookies.

What we use it for

Quoting, answering questions, fulfilling orders, warranty support, and understanding which parts of the site are useful. If you asked about trade terms or 2027 training, we may follow up about that specifically. We do not send marketing you didn’t ask for, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Service providers that make the site and business run: our hosting provider, our email provider, and Google Analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.

Cookies & analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can block cookies in your browser or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on; the site works fine either way.

Retention & your choices

We keep correspondence and quotes as long as they’re commercially relevant, then delete them. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email support@wastewaterdevelopments.com and we’ll act on it promptly.
