Pump stations

Prepackaged Pump Stations

Prebuilt and ready to go: basin, pump, floats, valves, discharge plumbing and panel, assembled and tested as one unit before it ships — in a poly or composite barrel, sized to your head and flow.

Built as a unit

Everything a station needs, before the hole is dug

A pump station is a basin, a pump, floats, a rail system, check and gate valves and a panel that has to coordinate all of it. Sourced separately, those parts meet for the first time in an excavation. Ours meet on the bench.

  • Simplex or duplex, pumps sized from 37 stocked models
  • Floats, rails, check and gate valves and discharge plumbing fitted before dispatch
  • UL 508A control panel built for the station by Legacy Controls
  • Assembled, pressure-checked and function-tested as a complete station
Poly

Light enough to set by hand

Ribbed polyethylene barrels arrive on a pickup, not a flatbed, and the crew already on site can set them. The ribbing is structure, not styling — it carries soil load without a thick wall.

Composite

Depth, traffic and big wet wells

Fiberglass barrels for deeper sets, traffic loading and larger stations. Different barrel, same finished product: it still arrives plumbed, wired and tested.

Either way it’s the same promise: the station arrives as a station, ready to set, pipe and power.

Next step

Give us the head and the flow

Total dynamic head, design flow, burial depth and whether it sits under traffic. We’ll come back with a barrel, a pump, a panel and a price.
